TidalBooking Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 15, 2026

TidalBooking (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is an online booking service operated by Robby Jordan. TidalBooking lets service businesses (such as salons, barbers, trainers, coaches, and photographers) accept appointments online, and lets their customers book those appointments. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

From business owners: your name, email address, and password (for your account); your business details such as business name, logo, description, address, phone number, business hours, services, and prices; and records of appointments and customers you manage in TidalBooking.

From customers who book an appointment: your name, phone number, email address, any note you add, and the details of the appointment you book.

Payment information: business owners pay for their subscription through Wix Payments. Wix collects and processes card details directly. TidalBooking does not see or store full card numbers. If a business asks for a booking deposit, customers pay it through that business’s own payment provider (for example Square, PayPal, Venmo or Cash App), not through TidalBooking.

Technical information: basic information needed to run the service, such as browser or device type, and log data about how the service is used.

2. How we use information

We use information to provide and run TidalBooking: creating and managing accounts, showing available times, creating and managing bookings, letting businesses see their appointments and customers, sending service-related messages, processing subscriptions, preventing fraud and abuse, and improving the service. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

3. How information is shared

With the business you book with: when a customer books, their details are shared with that business so it can provide the service. Each business is responsible for how it uses its own customers’ information.

With service providers who help us run TidalBooking, including our hosting and app platform provider (Base44), our payment processor (Wix Payments) and our email provider (Google Gmail), which we use to send booking confirmations, reminders and alerts. They may only use information to provide services to us.

When required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of TidalBooking, our users, or others.

If TidalBooking is sold or transferred, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

4. Data retention

We keep account and booking information while a business account is open, and for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal, accounting, or security needs. Business owners can delete customer records and appointments from their account.

5. Your choices and rights

You can view and update your business information in Settings. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or deletion of your account and its data, by emailing robbyjsocials@gmail.com. Customers who booked with a business can also contact that business directly. Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights, and we will honor requests as required by law.

6. Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect information, but no method of storing or sending data online is completely secure.

7. Children

TidalBooking is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy on this page and change the effective date above.
