No. Customers open your booking link in any browser, choose a service and time, and enter their name, phone and email. That's it.
Will I get double-booked?
No. TidalBooking only shows times that fit your hours, your break time between appointments, and your existing bookings.
Can customers cancel or reschedule themselves?
Yes. Every confirmation email has a link to reschedule or cancel, and you get an email when they do.
Can I take deposits?
Yes. Turn on deposits and add your own payment link (Square, PayPal, Venmo, Cash App or a Stripe link). Customers see the deposit when they book, and you mark it paid.
How much does TidalBooking cost?
